Damaged or Defective Products

Nature's Healing Remedies will provide a replacement or full refund for any defective product or product damaged in shipping.

Customer Dissatisfaction with Product

If you are dissatisfied with a product, let us know by contacting us by email at with details about your complaint.

All other Refunds

Except for the special circumstances outlined above, there will be a 20% restocking fee. We cannot accept any product if the products packaging has been opened or if the product has not been shipped back to us within seven days of receipt. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
